Refund Policy

If a purchaser cancels their registration more than (4) business days prior to the ticketed date, a full refund may be issued.
No refunds will be issued within (4) business says of the event. Registration may be transferable within this time frame to another individual for the event in question. Registration may not be transferred to a future date.
All notice of cancellation or registration transfer must be made in writing to the Charlotte NACE Director of Hospitality, Sierra Youngblood, by 5:00pm on the day in question. syoungblood@puttery.com
