The AAPI Joint Caucus Keynotes is a collaboration between NACE, NSA, and MPI. The AAPI Joint Caucus are Asian Pacific Islander (API) event professionals and allies who strive to improve API representation in the meetings and events industry.

    As a neuroinclusive consultant, speaker, and founder of the Twice-Exceptional (2e) Network, I am passionate about fostering belonging and unlocking human potential through inclusive environments that embrace cognitive diversity. Drawing on over 20 years of corporate events experience and a foundation in sociology, I bring a unique blend of business expertise and deep insight into human behavior.

    My journey as an ADHD mom and parent of a twice-exceptional child has fueled my dedication to promoting mental fitness and integrating health science to create environments where neurodiverse individuals can thrive. Through my work with families and organizations, I leverage research in neuroscience and epigenetics to unlock the strengths of neurodiverse individuals, driving innovation and performance.

    As a workshop facilitator and advisory board member at Storycraft Lab, I empower leaders to build inclusive, belonging-driven teams using storytelling techniques. My focus areas include empowering neurodiverse talent, community building, and promoting positive intelligence to foster growth and success through neurodiversity, both in the events industry and beyond.
