Fay was born in San Antonio and graduated with a marketing degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She came back to San Antonio after college to fulfill her dream of becoming a fashion buyer. This first career took Fay on many adventures across the globe. After 17 years in that career a friend approached Fay about going into the new evolving business of party rentals. With knowing nothing about the events industry, her intention was to do small, elevated events and build the inventory with the requests of the customers. Fast forward and the next owner whose Utah company had just completed the Olympics, introduced Fay and her team to the world of tents. Fay has now been in the rental industry for almost 30 years. She started building the company, formerly known as Aztec Events with two other women. Many years and ownerships later, Aztec Events became Aztec Events and Tents, Peerless Events and Tents and finally to Bright Event Rentals. The industry has exploded, changed and today with Bright, we continue to build our depth and breadth of quality inventory, new inventory and above all customer service.
