    Elliott J. Royal is a visionary advocate for food equity, systemic change, and interdisciplinary collaboration, dedicated to reshaping industries and communities through inclusive, community-driven solutions. As the Executive Director of the West Blvd Neighborhood Coalition, Elliott has spent over a decade fostering relationships, amplifying marginalized voices, and advancing initiatives that promote the well-being of all residents. Her career spans multiple sectors—including academia, nonprofit, local government, the private sector, and corporate inclusion and belonging, equipping her with a holistic, cross-sector approach to equity and sustainability.

    She is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of Crossing Perspectives LLC, a consultancy that brings together diverse voices, lived experiences, and systems-thinking to drive transformative solutions in food access, economic empowerment, and cooperative development. Through Crossing Perspectives, Elliott cultivates strategic partnerships across industries, fostering innovative, equity-centered models that strengthen communities and create sustainable impact.

    A change agent and systems thinker, Elliott is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, deepening her expertise in organizational strategy, systemic equity, and sustainable economic models. Her work bridges disciplines, empowering communities and businesses alike to integrate equity, inclusion, and resilience into their core strategies.
