    Amber Allen, CPCE served as President in 2023 on the National Board of NACE. She is also the Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona. Amber is a nationally recognized leader in the catering and events industry, with a passion for continuing education and helping the community grow and thrive. In addition to her service on the NACE National Board, Amber has been a past president of the Phoenix chapter and past chair of the Chapter Leaders Council. Amber holds the Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE) designation and just received an honorary doctorate in Food Science from NAFEM. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband Brad and her fur baby Lucky Charm.

Emily thrives in our dynamic & ever-changing industry, supporting Phoenix NACE for years as an avid fan. When she isn’t creating customized experiences with her team at M Culinary Concepts, Emily loves to explore new restaurants and speakeasies, cheer for her boyfriend on the beach volleyball court, and hang out with her 3 dogs – Frankie, JoJo, and Rocky.
