Take the elevator in the X stair atrium, and be on the lookout for a UH student to point you in the right direction! Once on the roof deck follow the arrows to get to the heated and covered tent. Wear your comfortable winter boots, bundle up, and have your money ready for the wine pull and silent auction! All proceeds go to our UH NACE Students. See you there in your winter wear!

    Tiffany S. Legendre, PhD

    Associate Professor at Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality

    Dr. Tiffany S. Legendre is an Associate Professor at the Conrad N. Hilton College of
    Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston. Her research and teaching focus on
    sustainability, branding, and research methodology. She is the author of numerous top-tier, peer-
    reviewed articles published across diverse fields, including business/management, marketing,
    hospitality/tourism, and entomology. Dr. Legendre collaborates closely with hospitality,
    foodservice, and tourism industry practitioners to minimize environmental impacts and promote
    environmental justice. She also collaborates closely with restaurateurs in Texas to enhance their
    business welfare. She is a member of the Consortium for Global Sustainability (CGS), actively
    contributing to various research projects addressing ESG (Environmental, Social, and
    Governance) matters.
