Amy Yassinger is a celebrated bandleader, jazz vocalist, and the visionary behind Yazz Events. With over 15 years of experience, she’s known for creating unforgettable, fully customized musical experiences for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations. Amy leads A.Y.O. – The Amy Yassinger Orchestra – a premier Chicago-based band known for its elegance, energy, and versatility. Her hands-on approach ensures every event is tailored, polished, and memorable.

As Venue Manager for The Grove Redfield Estate, Deborah Rabeor leverages her expertise in sales, marketing, communications, and event coordination to enhance profitability and create exceptional experiences. Throughout her career, Deborah has been passionate about "Selling Chicago to the World," managing diverse hospitality, tourism, and community projects across public and private sectors, including iconic locations like O’Hare and Midway International Airports. Known for her exceptional customer service and crafty negotiation skills, she has successfully managed more than 1,000 events and secured significant sponsorships. Deborah also brings valuable in-the-trenches crisis management experience to her work from 20 + years working federal and statewide political campaigns. She joined the Glenview Park District in 2018. She holds a BA in Arts Management and Public Relations from Columbia College Chicago, and resides on Chicago’s NW side with her husband Steve and hound dog Rosie.

Johanna represents Chicago’s North Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau as Sales Manager, Meetings and Events. In this role, she gives customized support to professional event planners, corporate entities, nonprofit and association organizations, and social groups to generate event revenue for the hotels, event venues, and restaurants in Chicago’s North Shore suburbs. Within the Bridal Market, Johanna assists couples and professional wedding planners alike to plan their special day – from venue, to hotel blocks, to vendors and more. Think of her as Chicago’s North Shore Wedding Concierge!

Johanna has been in the hospitality and event management industries for over 15 years. Starting with planning events for summer camps and after-school programs, pivoting to planning theatre events and educational theatre tour management, then moving on to executing community and networking events for the Skokie Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Now, she uses her event planning expertise to assist others in creating memorable experiences on Chicago’s North Shore. In her spare time, she does Digital Marketing & Social Media consulting for non-profit organizations and small businesses and enjoys quiet weekends with her husband and two cats.
