The NACE AAPI Caucus invites NACE members of Asian American and Pacific Islander descent and anyone who is interested in supporting the well-being, recruitment, retention, support and advancement of Asians in the hospitality industry. Come to learn, discuss, and meet like-minded members who want to share and educate everyone about Asian identities and issues.     Lauren Harwell, the Vice President of Accounts, for Imprint Events Group, is a dynamic leader who possesses a deep passion for building and inspiring her team of talented individuals. She believes that by empowering her team members and encouraging their unique abilities, they can collectively achieve greatness. Lauren's commitment to innovation and pushing the boundaries of building incredible events sets her apart. She consistently seeks new and imaginative ways to captivate audiences, ensuring that each event she oversees leaves a lasting impact and builds long term clients. Her enthusiasm and drive inspire her team to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations. Lauren Harwell is a visionary leader who thrives on transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences, leaving her own imprint on the events industry.

    Lauren was adopted from Seoul, South Korea and grew up in Northern Colorado. Graduating with a degree in Public Relations and Communications, she fell into the events world when taking on her first position working for the American Liver Foundation. From there her career flourished. Through networking and involvement with industry associations such as ILEA, Lauren found a significant amount of opportunity that led her to working for the Denver Center for Performing Arts, Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels and finally landing at Imprint Events Group. The power of connection is a passion of hers and she is aptly nicknamed the Connector within Imprint Events Group.

    A self-proclaimed open book, Lauren is a fan of dinner questions, food and beverage experiences, stepping foot on every continent in the world, dachshunds, and reformer pilates. Ask and I’ll tell!!
