Important Information While Attending the Conference
Registration
Conference registration is Saturday, January 28, 12 - 1 PM in the Exposition Pre-Function Salon. This will be a prime networking spot! Meet fellow chapter leaders, the NACE National Board, and your CLC Mentors.

NACE App
Connect with other attendees in the app. Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for "NACE Network"
Download the app, select the calendar icon > my registered > 2023 NACE Evolve Conference. You're in!
Wi-Fi Connection Information
Connect to the hotel wi-fi using the caesars_resorts network. You will just need to provide your email address to connect. The network will work in the hotel rooms and meeting space.
Interactive Attendee Workbook
All Evolve attendees will receive a printed, interactive workbook that includes session handouts. This workbook will help you create a blueprint for your chapter and organize your notes and action items.

Foundation of NACE Fundraising Event
Sunday, January 29, 6 - 9 PM, Novi Nightclub in the El Dorado Hotel
Get your mountain slopestyle ready and join your fellow chapter leaders to support the Foundation of NACE at the annual 2023 NACE Evolve fundraising event! This year's theme is 'Après-Ski!' The 'ski lodge' is open from 6 - 9 PM and will feature upbeat music, a marquee live auction, themed beverages, and delicious food offerings. The dress code is simple: get creative with your après-ski style with all things fluffy, furry, and warm!
Click here to purchase your ticket for the event 'on the slopes.' Tickets for NACE members are $60, student members are $50, and guests are $70.

NACE Event Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy
To foster a welcoming environment for all event attendees, the NACE National Board has adopted an Event Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy. By attending the conference, you agree to abide by these policies.
Conference Health and Safety
NACE trusts that you will respect others' decisions with regard to safety protocols that they wish to follow. If you are not feeling well, please do not attend any events or sessions related to the NACE conference. For medical assistance onsite, call the hotel's Front Desk.
