Q: I tried registering but received an error message after selecting the conference pass I wanted. What happened?
A: NACE membership is validated through your email address. To receive member pricing, enter the primary email on your NACE member profile. If the email you enter shows as invalid, please contact NACE staff to verify the correct email address. If you're selecting non-member registration, you'll need to login or create a Glue Up profile to register.
Q: How do I modify my registration?
A: Please contact NACE staff, include information about what modifications you're requesting, and we will be happy to assist.
Q: Can I transfer my registration?
A: Yes! As long as you are the same membership type, use these instructions to transfer your registration:
Q: How can I request an invoice for my conference registration?
A: Check your email, as you should have received an email with payment information, and you can download an invoice from that page.
Q: I cannot find my confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Your Registered Events are available in the NACE Net app or on the NACE website after you log in. Make sure you are viewing the national Glue Up site and not your chapter's site.
Q: I am paying for my registration by check. Who do I make the check payable to and where do I send it?
A: NACE allows e-check payment options for a quick and easy payment. If your company requires a paper check after completing your registration online, mail your check (made payable to NACE) to

Please include a copy of your confirmation email with the check, along with your phone number.
Please note: All payments are due within 30 days of registration.
Q: Can I attend just one event at the conference?
A: You may purchase some events a la carte. If you would like to attend other events at the conference, such as education, you will need to register with an education pass, conference pass, or conference pass plus.
Q: How can I sponsor the conference?

Q: Can students attend the conference?
A: Yes, student members receive a discounted registration rate. If you are a NACE student member, use your NACE membership email address and select the student pass you prefer.
Q: Where can I stay during the conference?
A: The Hilton Milwaukee is the host hotel for the conference. Visit the Hotel and Travel page for more information.
Q: How do I cancel my registration?
A: Email NACE staff with your cancellation request. The Refund Policy will apply.
