Conference passes at all budget levels!

Due to overwhelming demand, tickets to the full conference and the Awards Program and Celebration Party are Sold Out! Tickets for the Opening Reception, Foundation of NACE Signature Fundraising Event, and Monday Day Passes are still available for purchase at the conference on Sunday, July 23, at Registration.

NACE Event Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy 

NACE events provide a welcoming environment for all participants. By attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to follow our Event Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy.

Conference Health and Safety  

NACE trusts that you will respect others' decisions with regard to safety protocols that they wish to follow. If you are not feeling well, please do not attend any events or sessions related to the NACE Experience Catering and Events Conference .

Q: How do I know which registration option is best for me?

A: Which elements of the NACE Experience Catering and Events Conference would you like to attend? (see graphic above). Are you a NACE member? If so, are you a young professional or a student member? These groups have different pricing than nonmembers. Each registration option has details below the pass title on the registration page.

Q: I tried registering but received an error message after selecting the conference pass I wanted. What happened?

A: NACE membership is validated through your email address. In order to receive member pricing, enter the primary email on your NACE member profile. If the email you enter shows as invalid, please contact NACE staff to verify the correct email address. If you're selecting non-member registration, you'll need to login or create a Glue Up profile to register.

Q: How do I modify my registration?

A: Please contact NACE staff, include information about what modifications you're requesting, and we will be happy to assist.

Q: I cannot find my confirmation email. What should I do?

A: Your Registered Events are available in the NACE Network app or on the NACE website after you log in. If you need additional assistance, please contact NACE staff.

Q: I am paying for my registration by check. Who do I make the check payable to and where do I send it?

A: After completing your registration online, mail your check (made payable to NACE) to

10440 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 300, Columbia, MD 21044.

Please include a copy of your confirmation email with the check, along with your phone number.

Please note: All payments are due within 30 days of registration.

Q: I need another copy of my receipt. What should I do?

A: Please contact NACE staff and we will be happy to send you a duplicate copy of the receipt.

Q: Can I attend just one event at the conference?

A: You may purchase some events a la carte (included in the graphic above). If you would like to attend other events at the conference, such as education, you will need to register for the conference pass, conference pass plus, education pass, or a day pass.

Q: How can I sponsor at the conference?

A: Visit the Sponsorship Information page.


Q: Can students attend the conference?

A: Yes, student members receive a discounted registration rate. If you are a NACE student member, use your NACE membership email address and select the student pass you prefer.

Q: Where can I stay during the conference?

A: The Sheraton Dallas Hotel is the host hotel for the conference. Visit the Hotel and Travel page for more information.

Q: How do I cancel my registration?

AEmail NACE staff with your request for cancellation. The Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply.

On or before 6/1/2023 - Full refund.

6/2/2020 - 7/1/2023 - 50% refund.

After 7/1/2023 - No Refunds.
