Rachel Larson is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience, bringing a unique blend of industry expertise and marketing innovation to her roles as Marketing Manager at Mintahoe Catering & Events and Marketing Director for the National Association of Catering and Events (NACE). Her career spans front-of-house and back-of-house operations, event management, and serving as a restaurant General Manager - giving her an insider's understanding of how to deliver truly memorable guest experiences.

At Mintahoe, Rachel leverages her hands-on industry knowledge to develop dynamic marketing strategies that captivate audiences and amplify brand presence. Her passion for hospitality and keen eye for storytelling drive campaigns that not only resonate but elevate the stand of excellence in catering, events, and beyond.

Nancy is CEO and co-founder of Clockwork, and is an international speaker who understands that humans are the hardest part of work. She’s not afraid to say that things are never going back to the way they were, and she believes that’s actually great. Because the secret to good energy at work isn’t in a room. It’s in our minds and behaviors. Everything companies–and people–want from their work cultures hinges on humans showing up with mindsets that aren’t like the old ways. Before entering the legal world, Wynne spent years in the wedding and event industry, specializing in floral design, wedding planning, and event operations. She understands firsthand the creativity, resilience, and strategy it takes to run a successful business in the event space. She was a driving force through COVID for this industry and continues to champion it with industry clients. Her industry experience, combined with her legal expertise, led her to found The Creative’s Counsel®, a legal practice dedicated to serving business owners in creative industries. To date, she has supported more than 2,000 businesses in protecting their brands, negotiating contracts, and scaling their operations.

Beyond her legal practice, Wynne is committed to philanthropy and mentorship, dedicating 150+ pro bono hours annually and actively supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners. As a public speaker, she frequently presents on topics such as entrepreneurship, inclusion, ethical leadership, and business development, inspiring others to build boldly and protect their passions.

Paula Soderberg, Vice President of Human Resources at Morrissey Hospitality, is a results-driven professional with comprehensive human resources experience spanning over 25 years. She is well-versed in labor relations, employee relations, retention, training and development, HCM/HRIS, compensation and benefit management, domestic and international recruiting, job description development, HR audits, unemployment hearings, worker’s compensation claim management, and risk and safety management. She is also extremely well versed in Def Leppard – so don’t mention the band unless you want her to talk your ear off.

I work from home as a national hospitality recruiter, and hospitality has been in my DNA for as long as I can remember. I’m a foodie, a wine enthusiast, and an adventurer at heart. Traveling to new places sets my soul on fire, and when I’m not planning my next trip, you’ll find me shopping and hunting for the best deals—something I consider an Olympic-level sport!
Currently calls Minneapolis home, but thanks to my dad’s military career, I grew up all over the world holding a dual citizenship for here and England. I owe him for my ability to adapt, make new friends, and, of course, my gift of gab! I’ve been married to my amazing husband—the rock of our family—for 21 years. Together, we’re raising two beautiful daughters: Emersyn, who’s 10 going on 16 (pray for me!), and Saylor, our sweet and sassy 6-year-old baby of the family. I like to tell people to "Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire!"

Jordan Wehrenberg is a Senior HR Manager for Aramark Sports & Entertainment, overseeing HR operations across 11 properties spanning the midwest. Jordan has “grown up” with Aramark, starting her career as a college intern before advancing to roles such as HR Coordinator and later Assistant HR Manager with the opening of U.S. Bank Stadium in 2016.
Now in her role as Senior HR Manager, Jordan focuses on building strong teams by prioritizing an approachable and relatable HR style. She believes in fostering genuine connections with employees at all levels, ensuring HR practices support both organizational goals and individual development. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving recruitment, training, compliance, and engagement across diverse operations.
Outside of work, Jordan is a proud mom to Marley (3) and Milo (1). Balancing a thriving career and family life, she brings a grounded and compassionate perspective to her role in HR.
